Sometimes, despite the best of intentions, life gets in the way. Like this morning, when the workout was supposed to last a good half hour but due to let’s call it “stuff” (yeah, you know it!), the workout window rapidly narrowed to a mere 10 minutes.
What’s a time challenged but still healthy-living Social Gal to do?

Whoever said you can’t rock a solid sweat in ten never made alternating 30 seconds of burpees with 30 seconds of rest followed by 30 seconds of squats the goal! 😉
Heck, this regimen gave the usual longer form version a mega run for its adrenaline rush and calorie burning!
