I mean really, who doesn’t love a lemon-fabulous lemon vinaigrette?!
Enter today’s delish and ridiculously easy recipe for a topper that adds zest and zazoo to any salad:
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)
- 1/4 cup white-wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
HOW-TO
In a medium bowl or jar, add lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, coarse salt, and pepper. Whisk, or cover and shake, until the salt and sugar have sufficiently dissolved. Finally, toss in the oil and give all a good mix.
Power to the zest!
