Strive for as much organic produce and ingredients as possible …
- 1 Slice of Toast (preferably whole grain and gluten-free)
- 2 Slices of Tomato
- 1 Egg, sunny side up (preferably organic and free-range)
- 1 Slice Green Pepper
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Ready in 10 minutes, Serves 1 person.
- Toast bread. During that time, slice green pepper and tomato.
- In a skillet, spray cooking spray of choice onto skillet (preferably organic) and crack egg directly onto it. Cook 3 minutes. Flip egg carefully and cook another 1- 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble toast. Enjoy!
