That dream drink can be yours as follows:



(makes one large juice, best to go organic)

  • 2  large oranges (remove peel and cut unto chunks)
  • 3-4 stalks of celery
  • 1 apple (cut into chunks)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Small piece of ginger
  • A few dashes of cayenne pepper to taste



Add all ingredients to juicer, starting with the harder items like ginger and apple following with the softer offerings. Pour into your fave glass and feel the pounds start to slip.
