After five consecutive days of covering F1 GP parties (and yes, more than my fair share of bubbly and naughty carbs, not to mention late nights that turned into mornings, with full-on sun risings), the temple needs some downtime and TLC.
On the TLC front, a relatively easy remedy is the following multi-purpose cleanser that not only improves digestion and stabilizes blood sugar (bless its apple cider-enriched soul), but really gives the overall machine a kickstart, replenishing much-needed energy.
Drink it before breakfast, lunch, and bedtime, and enjoy the surge! 😉
- 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 lemons, juiced
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- pinch of stevia
Mix all ingredients together then pour into three glasses and drink three times per day.
