Marché Bonsecours was transformed into the most breathtaking setting for one of the most meaningful evenings of the year, and Montreal showed up in the most extraordinary and generous way.
The 26th edition of the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation’s Bal des Grands Cœurs took place last night, gathering more than 800 members of the business and philanthropic communities for an evening that was as glamorous as it was deeply purposeful. And the result was nothing short of remarkable: an impressive $3,000,451 raised in support of the Montreal Heart Institute’s key cardiovascular health priorities. A number that takes our breath away in the most beautiful way.
The evening brought together some of Montreal’s most celebrated and inspiring personalities. Pascale Marineau, Julianne Côté, Félix Dolci, Courtney Sarault, Noémie Bannes, Katerine Savard, Anne-Lovely Étienne, Luc Poirier, and Isabelle Gauvin were all in attendance, lending their presence and their passion to a cause that touches every one of us.
Because behind the elegance, the beautiful gowns, and the magnificent setting of Marché Bonsecours, there is something profoundly important beating at the heart of this evening. The Montreal Heart Institute is one of this country’s most vital and celebrated medical institutions, and every dollar raised last night goes directly toward the research, innovation, and care that saves lives and changes them forever.
$3,000,451. Over 800 generous hearts. One extraordinary evening. Bravo, Montreal. You never disappoint.
