Montreal’s Golden Square Mile hosted one of the most refined and thoughtfully curated cultural evenings of the autumn season, as Vogue Hotel Montreal and Festival Bach Montréal joined forces for an intimate celebration of music, culture, hospitality, and gastronomy.
On Thursday, October 22nd, the Vogue Hotel at 1425 de la Montagne Street opened its elegant doors for a cocktail reception from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, inviting guests to discover the world of Festival Bach Montréal in a contemporary and welcoming setting. The dress code was chic, and the evening was designed to feel as polished as the hotel itself.
The culinary side of the evening belonged to YAMA, with cocktails and bites served throughout the reception, pairing beautifully with the music and giving guests a true taste of the connection between Montreal’s cultural scene and its celebrated dining culture.
The musical highlight was a special performance by Canadian guitarist Kristian Del Cantero, taking the stage from 6:00 to 6:30 PM. His performance offered the perfect introduction to the spirit of Festival Bach Montréal: an invitation to experience classical music from a fresh perspective, far from the traditional concert hall and right in the heart of the city.
That is what made this evening so special. It was not simply a reception. It was a thoughtful meeting of music, hospitality, and gastronomy, celebrating the connections that make Montreal’s cultural landscape so vibrant and so beautifully intertwined.
Vogue Hotel Montreal and Festival Bach Montréal proved that classical music can feel modern, intimate, and entirely glamorous when it meets the right setting and the right company. 🎸🖤✨
