Summer’s in full swing Social Gals and Gents. And that means, high temps and fabulousness but the dangers of dehydration too. One of our favourite ways to ward off the dehydration devil while filling up on the good-for-you ingredients is the following detox water. Bottoms up.
INGREDIENTS
- 1-liter purified water
- 1 large orange, sliced into wedges
- 2 lemons, sliced into wedges
- 1 cup organic strawberries, sliced in half
- A handful of fresh basil or mint (your preference!)
HOW-TO
Add all ingredients to water. Drink up. Replenish. Detox!
