On April 18, 2026, Montréal’s Théâtre Cartier came alive for the second edition of MYKEY FASHION, the annual fashion showcase and designer competition founded by Sonya.
Bringing together emerging and established designers from Canada and beyond, the evening was a vibrant celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, innovation and the relentless pursuit of excellence. From ready-to-wear and eveningwear to accessories, each collection offered its own distinct point of view while shining a well-deserved spotlight on the talents shaping fashion today and tomorrow.
More than 600 fashion insiders, buyers, media, tastemakers and industry professionals gathered for the runway showcase, with guests invited to vote live for the standout designer based on creativity, craftsmanship and commercial potential.
But this second edition was about more than beautiful clothes. Presented with the official support of the RÉA Foundation, the evening also placed inclusivity centre stage, creating meaningful runway opportunities for models living with physical and sensory disabilities and reminding us that fashion is at its most powerful when everyone is represented.
A memorable night where passion met purpose, art met ambition and Montréal once again proved that its fashion future is bright. This is MYKEY FASHION.
