The Salon du Chocolat: the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa returned to Canada last March 19 to 22, 2026, and this year’s edition was nothing short of extraordinary. The highlight? An all-new fashion show where every single dress, accessory, and prop was crafted entirely from real chocolate. Yes, you read that correctly- actual, edible, breathtaking chocolate.
The craftsmanship was jaw-dropping. The creativity was off the charts. And the scent alone was enough to make the entire room swoon. It was one of those truly rare moments where fashion and food collided in the most magnificent, unexpected, and delicious way imaginable.
For four incredible days, Montreal became the undisputed chocolate capital of the world, and we were front row for every single second of it.
