The evening, titled “Italian Roots, Local Flavours,” is both a meal and a celebration of timeless Italian traditions and fresh Québec fare. For $195 (plus tax and service), guests will indulge in a five-course menu with wine pairings, where timeless Italian traditions combine with the freshest Québec ingredients.

The spectacualr dinner also marks the 10th anniversary of the Windstar–James Beard Foundation partnership, a milestone that pairs fine dining with exemplary travel.
