Grant’s Triple Wood joins Toronto’s Hello Whisky for an evening of tasting, cocktails, food, and good company.
Whisky season is officially making its way back to Toronto, and Grant’s Triple Wood is joining the celebration. On October 23, 2026, Grant’s Blended Scotch Whisky will take part in LCBO’s Hello Whisky, an evening bringing together whisky enthusiasts, curious newcomers, and some of the world’s most celebrated bottles.
Taking place from 6 to 10 p.m. at The Quay, the event will welcome approximately 650 guests for an international tasting experience featuring more than 65 whiskies from Scotland, Canada, Ireland, Japan, and beyond. Alongside the pours, guests can expect food stations, cocktails, entertainment, a live DJ, and an LCBO pop-up offering early access to select whiskies.
At the heart of Grant’s presence will be its Triple Wood pop-up bar, where guests can discover the versatility of its signature blended Scotch. The whisky gets its character from maturation in three different casks: Virgin Oak for warm spice, American Oak for soft vanilla, and Bourbon Refill for brown sugar sweetness. Guests can enjoy it neat or experience it in a specially crafted Penicillin cocktail, showcasing how easily the whisky moves from a classic pour to a more contemporary serve.
The evening also offers a glimpse into the heritage behind the bottle. Six generations of the Grant family have helped maintain the brand’s legacy as Scotland’s oldest continuously family-run blended whisky maker, with its original recipe still closely guarded. That commitment to craftsmanship has recently earned Grant’s a Gold medal at the 2025 International Wine & Spirits Competition and Silver at the 2026 International Spirits Challenge.
For those ready to raise a glass to the season, tickets for LCBO’s Hello Whisky go on sale September 11. Consider it an invitation to discover a few new favourites, meet fellow whisky lovers, and settle into the season one pour at a time.
