CUCUMBER COOL SOCIAL GAL SUPERJUICE

The soothing, replenishing go-to

Some people are more fruit-inclined, others more drawn to the veggie side. I’m particularly enamoured with cucumbers (actually a hybrid of the two), which, as its turns out, is a very good thing, because alkaline cukes give as good as they get. πŸ˜‰

Not only are they mineral-rich natural diuretics (enough of a reason to be smitten), but the high silica content does awesome things for complexions and hair (heck, all outgrowths of the epidermis), while reducing inflammation (the source of dis-ease), and regulating blood pressure.

Yeah, they’re all that. So pop a few in your basket on the next trip to the grocers or farmer’s market,Β and test out today’s Superjuice. You won’t be sorry. πŸ˜‰

Ingredients (Best to go as organic and local as possible, makes one 16 ounce serving)

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 green apple, cored
  • 1/2 lemon (rind removeD)
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • Equal parts water (filtered is preferable)

Add all to juicer. Drink up. Feel the cool. πŸ˜‰
