But now it’s time to antidote with a nutrient-rich, digestion-enhancing, anti-inflammatory, liver-loving kale creation that will not only balance out yesterday’s indulgence, but make you feel all shiny and brand new:
Ingredients (best to go as organic and local as possible)
- 2 cups Kale
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 large celery stalks
- 1-2 tablespoons healthy dressing
Combine in large bowl, diced, sliced, whatever your fancy. Enjoy.
