- ALEXANDER (3 cl cognac, 3 cl brown crème de cacao, 3 cl light cream)
- AMERICANO (3 cl Campari, 3 cl red vermouth, a splash of soda water)
- ANGEL FACE (3 cl gin, 3 cl Apricot brandy, 3 cl Calvados)
- BETWEEN SHEETS (3 cl white rum, 3 cl cognac, 3 cl triple sec, 2 cl lemon juice)
- CASINO (4 cl gin, 1 cl Maraschino, 1 cl fresh lemon juice, 2 dashes orange bitters)
- CLOVER CLUB (4.5 cl Gin, 1.5 cl lemon juice, 1 egg white, 1.5 cl raspberry syrup)
- DAIQUIRI (6 cl white rum, 2 cl lime juice, garnish with 2 bar spoons)
- DRY MARTINI (6 cl gin, 1 cl dry vermouth)
- GIN FIZZ (4.5 cl Gin, 3 cl fresh lemon juice and soda water, 1 cl simple syrup)
- AVIATION (1 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Lemon juice, 1/2 oz Maraschino and Creme Yvette)
- AGENT ORANGE (1 3/4 oz of Vodka, 5 1/4 oz and Carrot juice)
- BATIDA (1 part of fruit juice, 1 table spoon of sugar and 2 parts of cachaça)
- BAY BREEZE (2 oz. of vodka, 6 oz. cranberry juice and 1.5 oz. pineapple juice)
- BLUE LAGOON (1 oz. Blue Curacao, 1 oz. Vodka, and 4 oz. Lemonade)
- BULL SHOT (2 oz. tomato juice, 2 oz. bouillion, 2 oz. vodka, and 1 tsp lemon juice)
- CAIPIVODKA (50 ml Vodka, 1/2 Lime, 2 teaspoons Refined Sugar, and Lemon Slice)
- FIZZY APPLE COCKTAIL (1 oz. Apple Vodka, 4 oz. Apple Juice, and 4 oz. Lemonade)
- SPRITZ (1 1/4 oz. Aperol, 2 oz. Prosecco, and Soda water)
- PORTO FLIP (1 1/3 oz Port, 1/2 oz Brandy, and 1/3 oz Egg yolk)
- YELLOW BIRD (3 cl white rum, 1.5 cl Galliano, and 1.5 cl lime juice)
- SEX ON BEACH (1/3 oz. Cranberry juice, 1/3 oz. Orange juice, and 1/3 oz. Vodka)
