St. Mary’s Hospital recently celebrated a century of exceptional care at the annual St. Mary’s Ball, where donors came from every corner of the city and walk of life to give back to the hospital while enjoying a night dedicated to its legacy.
As for the magic, guests dressed to the elevens rejoiced in the finest from chef Adele Forgione of Ristorante Beatrice, fame, impactful speeches, one-of-a-kind entertainment and, of course, each other’s wonderful company. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was among the crowd, as he returned to his hometown to join in the festivities as a guest of longtime friend and St. Mary’s Chief of Cardiology, Dr. Mathieu Walker.
Incredible music, dancing, raffles and silent auctions later, a whopping $1,251,850 was raised for the hospital!
