The thing about Chic Choc Spiced Rum, is it not only rocks 100% Quebec spices (six to be exact) but tastes pretty awesome too.
So of course, us Social Gals and Gents have become rather preoccupied with the homegrown goodie; spicing up our bev-selects with it on a perhaps way too regular basis. 😉
That said, we’re all about the share at Diary and therefore urge you (and the drinking buds) to spice up your weeks (ahem lives) with the following Dark ’N’ Stormy.

Who knew rum could be so much fun?
Ingredients:
45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Chic Choc Spiced Rum.
60 ml (2 oz.) ginger ale.
15 ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice.
1 sprig of spruce.
Ice cubes.
Prep:
Fill glass with ice cubes.
Add Chic Choc Spiced Rum, ginger ale and lemon juice.
Garnish with sprig.
SPICE UP YOUR DAY … YOUR WEEK … MONTH … YOU GET IT. 😉))
