Clearly, the streaming platforms we surrender to on a more than healthy basis (!!!!)  affect the world of style, including the designers who cull together the looks we ogle over every season. That fash fact couldn’t have been more obvious than on the recent London catwalks where edgy body hugging looks that would kill on protagonist Billie in Netflix’s wildly popular Sexlife juxtaposed vividly with larger-than-life romantic gowns and creations more befitting of the Bridgerton crew. The bottom line? Variety is the spice of life and we need not choose between modern glam and historic chic …. 😉
