Simon Porte Jacquemus transforms childhood memories into the ultimate Mediterranean escape for Spring/Summer 2027.
For Simon Porte Jacquemus, fashion has always been about emotion. His Spring/Summer 2027 collection, Le Bonheur (“Happiness”), is a heartfelt tribute to the childhood summers he spent in Corsica with his late mother.
Set against the island’s breathtaking cliffs, the runway unfolded with models descending from a lighthouse overlooking the sea, while sailboats bearing the Jacquemus name completed the cinematic backdrop. As always, the destination became an integral part of the story.
The collection embraced effortless Mediterranean dressing with airy cotton, linen, and silk organza, alongside flowing resort-ready silhouettes in sea blue and vibrant coral. Sculptural skirts, relaxed tailoring, oversized shirts, and playful knitwear reflected Jacquemus’ signature balance of simplicity and sophistication.
Inspired by family photographs, art, and the beauty of Corsica, the collection celebrated the joy of slowing down and appreciating life’s simple pleasures.
“I imagined this collection like the summer itself,” Jacquemus said. “The sun, the colors, the beauty of simple things, the feeling of lightness. For me, this is happiness… le bonheur.”
With Le Bonheur, Jacquemus reminds us that true luxury isn’t about excess. It’s about memories, sunshine, and timeless style that feels as effortless as summer itself.
