Founded in 2019 by two visionary women, Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and supermodel Constance Jablonski, French Bloom was born from a beautifully simple but deeply meaningful observation: at life’s most celebratory moments, no one should ever feel excluded simply because they are not drinking alcohol. Their vision was to create a sparkling wine of such extraordinary complexity, elegance, and festive spirit that it would stand proudly alongside the finest wines in the world. And they did exactly that.

The process behind every bottle is as meticulous and considered as the finest champagne. Grapes are carefully selected from hillside plots in Limoux, France, harvested early to preserve high acidity, fermented and aged in new 225-litre French oak barrels and stainless steel vats for more than eight months. The dealcoholization is then carried out through a proprietary vacuum distillation process at low temperature, preserving every nuance of the wine’s original aromas while reducing alcohol content to precisely 0.0%. No colourings. No preservatives. No sulphites. No added sugars. Just pure, sophisticated, beautifully crafted sparkling wine.
