As is tradition, Gucci delivers the goods for Fall Winter 2023, featuring a new campaign starring Vittoria Ceretti, Aboubakar Konte and Brando Erba, captured in Milan by pro lenser David Sims.
The imagery and film are set against the backdrop of a unique green backdrop replete with elevator, reminiscent of the set of the women’s FW23 fashion show debuted in February.
The new campaign showcases a series of beloved signature silhouettes in ready-to-wear and accessories drawn from recent eras of the House, spotlighting the latest archival reprisal – the Gucci Horsebit Chain bag.
First introduced twenty years ago in Tom Ford’s Fall Winter 2003 collection, the latest incarnation is defined by a maxi version of the iconic Horsebit, re-contextualizing the legacy hardware first conceived by Aldo Gucci in 1953 as a loafer embellishment.
Updating the original with a double shoulder strap, the new Horsebit Chain bag debuts in padded leather, shearling, crystal, and contrast-leather variations.
