APRIL IN JULY! On July 4th, Canadian singer and Grammy Winner, the inimitable Avril Lavigne, performed in Quebec City for the much loved FEQ (Festival d’été de Québec) MUSIC FESTIVAL . If you haven’t yet had the pleasure, consider keeping this festival gem on your summer radar.
