The perfect post-Valentines Detox Social Gal Salad

If you’re a good Social Gal or Gent, you gobbled up all kinds of naughty carbs in honour of yesterday’s love fest, particularly of the chocolate variety. Great on you! But now it’s time to antidote with a nutrient-rich, digestion-enhancing, anti-inflammatory, liver-loving kale creation that will not only balance out yesterday’s indulgence, but make you feel all shiny and brand new:

Ingredients (best to go as organic and local as possible)  

  • 2 cups Kale
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 large celery stalks
  • 1-2 tablespoons healthy dressing

Combine in large bowl, diced, sliced, whatever your fancy. Enjoy.
