CARINE WATIER

With years of experience in the corporate world, Carine brings boardroom smarts to the (juice) bar. But it was a personal health journey that inspired her leap from HR executive to Certified Integrative Health Coach—and lucky for us, she never looked back. “Helping people thrive is what I’m all about,” Carine shares.

Her approach is refreshingly practical. Carine knows wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all and works with clients to create personalized plans that suit their individual lifestyles. The focus is on making health feel natural and sustainable. As a graduate of the prestigious Cornell University and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she knows her stuff and believes in collaborating with other experts for a holistic approach that delivers long-term results.

To that end, Carine blends a researcher’s discipline, a coach’s compassion, and a lifelong curiosity to help others thrive, from boosting energy and balancing hormones to losing weight and finding peace of mind. “Start small—baby steps can take you a long way,” she advises, “wellness doesn’t have to be overwhelming, and it helps if you’re well accompanied.”

“Eat the rainbow to ensure optimal nutrition,” advises Carine.

Gut health is one of her favourite topics, and she champions fibre-rich whole foods for better digestion, immunity, and mental health.

She’s also a firm believer in the power of habit: deep-breathing rituals for mental clarity, exercising, healthy eating without food restrictions, and—yes—cuddling her dogs for that daily dose of the love hormone, oxytocin, which supports hormonal balance while managing stress. She walks the walk.

Carine also specializes in women’s wellness, advocating for an approach that actually works with their bodies. “We’re finally seeing more research focused specifically on women and, consequently, realizing that our health needs are unique,” she explains. She’s excited about the growing awareness that certain practices—like ice baths and fasted workouts—may not always be the best fit for women. This wave of gender-specific data is empowering women to make smarter, more personalized health choices.

Carine’s approach is making wellness something you’ll actually enjoy. “I’m honoured to walk alongside my clients on their health journey,” she says, with her signature playful smile.
