And what an unforgettable night it was, so brilliantly inspired by a trio of themes currently informing the incandescent future of Mercedes-Benz: technology, aesthetics and sustainability.
From the moment our friendly driver picked us up in the brand new, state-of-the-art, super smooth driving Mercedes EQE (replete with hydration and snacks) to the very last sumptuous sixth course – a carefully crafted melt-in your-mouth strawberry sorbet (paired with an equally impressive complementary wine), the experience was the stuff of magic memories, one my precious plus one, and partner in mischief, the inimitable Ibti Saadi will be reminiscing about and savouring for days, months, years!
Hats off to the spectacular team of gastronomic masters who took us straight to sustainable foodie heaven, counting among their illustrious ranks: Chef J-C Poirier, proud owner of MICHELIN STAR rated St Lawrence Restaurant, and Chef Simon Mathys, owner of beloved Restaurant Mastard and their respective gifted colleagues. Tuesday night as it should be, worthy of multiple MICHELIN stars!! Bravo Mercedes-Benz Canada and The Michelin Guide.
