The recent inaugural Laughing My Diaper Off (LMDO) Fundraising event for the new Montreal chapter of the Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital Foundation – founded by community leaders DAN WISE and MICHAEL ELIESEN – was a special eve on many levels: It attracted a stellar crowd, raised invaluable funds for neonatal care ($150,000), featured legendary comedic genius BOB SAGET and had a few community members (including yours truly) as well as spiritual leader, RABBI ASHER JACOBSON, Deloitte management consultant DAVID CHITAYAT and renowned Montreal media celebrity/author “TALK RADIO TOMMY” SCHNURMACHER move beyond our comfort zones as amateur comedians for the cause.A fabulous night all round … Photography MARC MURI
