Once again, the 2018 Montreal Heart Institute Foundation’s Grand Bal des Vins-Coeurs at Windsor Station underscored why it’s such a hot ticket on the social circuit: Décor dazzled, entertainment by 1945, Kim Richardson and Cirque du Soleil entranced, the Fairmont and SAQ masterminded a perfect gastronomic experience; and recognition of visionary businessman and generous philanthropist Jean-Pierre Léger inspired.
