Every year, the fash obsessed wait eagerly to see what theme Queen of Style Anna Wintour will mastermind for the Met Gala (benefiting the legendary Metropolitan Museum of Art) and then, how the most A-list stylistas in the world who make the highly discriminating cut will interpret her vision and take it over the top. While we’ve certainly covered our fair share of MGs, it would seem like 2019’s ‘Camp: Notes on Fashion’ theme, inspired by Susan Sontag‘s famous 1964 essay ‘Notes on ‘Camp’, had attendees vying for wilder than wild awards.
