DIARYSTA DETOX SMOOTHIE

Unfortunately Bloody Marys don't count as daily veggies

Course we all love an amazing party! The flowing champagne, dresses to die for, shoes that kill (figuratively and literally), selfies with friends we actually like; and the whole fab ritual of making lasting memories that won’t soon be forgotten (depending of course on the eve’s bubbly quota).

That said, partying like a pro does take its toll on the face and temple and unless you’re itching to show up at the next soirée looking like you just left the last one, it’s time to run a little detox interference with the following Diary-tested miracle elixir:

 

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 1 and 1/4 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 peach, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 – 2 cups fresh spinach

Start by mixing banana and milk into milkshake territory. Add pineapple, peach, yogurt and spinach. Blend until desired smoothness. Pour into glass and deferring to tastes, garnish with strawberry for a Mimosa feel. Then relish in the fabulous of all the negative toxins leaving the body.
